Hello everyone.

So Sunday we took on Oldbury United Lionesses at West Smethwick Park, due to their home pitch being booked out, so neither team had played on the park pitch before. Going into this game we knew we needed to continue our winning form if we want to push for the highest position possible. I also said that we don't underestimate any team and treat every game as a cup final.

We had a full team to choose from which was a bonus.

We started off on fire, with getting our first goal in the 3rd minute, and then it continued, getting goals every few minutes, and four up in 12 minutes, today everything we train for and put into our game showed, half time we came in 10-0 up.

Last time we played earlier on in the season we won 7-1 so I really wanted to keep the clean sheet this time. Going forward I did change it a bit to try get even more attacking to continue the goal scoring to help with the goal difference in the league.

So we started off with our 11th three minutes into the second half, then we seemed to slow down and things not going how we planned. So I opted to go back to the way we started and the goals came back to us.

Unfortunately I lost Abbie to a nasty injury on her ankle, since the game Abbie has been to hospital and it's bad sprain. We want to wish Abbie a speedy recovery. The goals carried on and e finished with a very impressive 16-0.

Everyone today played their part in this victory and again like I've said on numerous occasions now I'm so proud of these ladies. Thank you to those who came to support the ladies, it's always nice for the support they deserve.
