Gornal added another three points to their tally with a hard fought 1-0 win against Bromyard Town last week. Bradley Maslen-Jones scored the only goal late on in a game of few chances that saw Dan Whitehouse save a Bromyard penalty in the first half to keep Gornal’s fifth clean sheet of the season. They’ve now won nine of their last 10 games in all competitions, the latest moving them onto 30 points as they maintain a promotion challenge from third in the table.

Despite promotion rivals Allscott Heath putting six past Dudley Athletic last week, the Peacocks are still the top scorers in the division but that hasn’t deterred them from bolstering their attacking options this week as Nathan Jones joined from Wrens Nest after bagging eight goals in nine appearances for them this season.

They currently sit 16th in the division with four points on the board after losing eight of their last nine league games.
