We are very happy to announce that our U18’s side will be looking for more players to strengthen our current squad and provide a step towards first team adult football whilst also creating further opportunities for local players 16-18 years old looking to play at a higher level of football.

A league entry application has been submitted to the Midland Floodlit Youth league for season 2020 / 2021 , the team will be playing its home games at Garden Walk stadium on weekday evenings as the players begin to familiarise themselves with a first team environment.

We are also looking for Teams to join our youth system from U7s to U16s this is a fantastic opportunity for any team that is looking to move and wants to be part of a community football club that will be a vital part of the new Gornal Athletic football club structure and we are delighted to be able to offer this further opportunity for local players.

We are also seeking qualified coaching staff and management with a minimum Level 2 coaching badge, to further develop players level in terms of individual ability but also tactically, physically, mentally and socially.
